As reported by autoevolution, Monday, November 7, 2011, the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) announced, Ford's overall sales in October 2011 increased 2.6 percent over the same period in 2010.
Ford managed to confirm this October sales of 18,478 units, up 2131 units from the previous year. Variants of Ford Fiesta still dominate sales.
"We're proud Ford to maintain its status as the best brand in the UK in each year. This success is thanks to the facilities and a strong network," said Ford of Britain managing director, Mark Ovenden.
